چکیده

Tuberculosis (TB), one of the top ten causes death globally induced by infection Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb), remains a grave public health issue worldwide. With almost one-third world’s population getting infected Mtb, between 5% and 10% these individuals are predicted to develop active TB disease, which would not only result in severe tissue damage necrosis, but also pose serious threats human life. However, exact molecular mechanisms underlying pathogenesis immunology remain unclear, significantly restricts effective control epidemics. Despite significant advances current detection technologies treatments for TB, there still no appropriate solutions that suitable simultaneous, early, rapid, accurate screening TB. Various cellular events can perturb development progression always associated with several specific signaling controlled dysregulated gene expression patterns. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), kind RNA (ncRNA) transcript more than 200 nucleotides length eukaryotic cells, have been found regulate protein-coding genes involved some critical events, such as inflammatory, pathological, immunological responses. Increasing evidence has claimed lncRNAs might directly influence susceptibility well Therefore, widely expected serve promising biomarkers therapeutic targets In this review, we summarized functions their regulatory roles More importantly, discussed potential act biomarkers, offer new possibilities novel diagnostic strategy exploration benefit epidemic.

The Role of Long Non-Coding RNAs in Ovarian Cancer

Background: Ovarian cancer is the most fatal tumor of female's reproductive system, and several genetics and environmental factors are involved in its development. Various studies have already identified suitable biomarkers to facilitate the early detection, prognosis evaluation, and the assessment of treatment response. However, the aim of this review was to investigate the role of long non-co...

Differential expression profiles of long non-coding RNAs as potential biomarkers for the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction

Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is a major cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. The early diagnosis of AMI is crucial for deciding the course of treatment and saving lives. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are recently discovered ncRNA class and their dysregulated expression has been implicated in cardiovascular diseases. In this study, we analyzed lncRNA expression pattern by using two ...

Long non-coding RNAs and their significance in human diseases

Protein-coding genes account for only a small fraction of the human genome and most of the genomic sequences are transcriptionally silent, but recent observations indicate significant functional elements, including non-coding protein transcripts in the human genome. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been defined as transcripts of >200 nucleotides without protein-coding capacity that perform t...

Long Non-Coding RNAs As Potential Novel Prognostic Biomarkers in Colorectal Cancer

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the fourth most common cause of death worldwide. Surgery is usually the first line of treatment for patients with CRC but many tumors with similar histopathological features show significantly different clinical outcomes. The discovery of robust prognostic biomarkers in patients with CRC is imperative to achieve more effective treatment strategies and improve patient'...
